The Archives and Research Group for 20th-21st Century Hungarian Music organizes the conference Évfordulók nyomában 2013 [Looking for anniversaries 2013]. The conference will take place on 5 December 2013, at the Bartók hall, in the Institute of Musicology (Research Center for the Humanities, Hungarian Academy of Sciences). The conference will feature papers on the oeuvres of Emánuel Moór, Géza Vilmos Zágon, Albert Siklós, György Faragó, Sándor Jemnitz, Zoltán Horusitzky, Gyula Dávid, András Mihály, Pál Kadosa, Kamilló Lendvay, István Láng, László Dubrovay and György Ligeti. The Archives for Hungarian Music organizes the round-table discussion “Hang-források” [Sound-sources] on the future, present state and the problems and opportunities of preserving and storing sound recordings. Participants of the round-table discussion will be László Gőz (BMC), Máté Hollós (Hungaroton), Dávid Kitzinger (Artisjus), Márton Kurutz (MANDA), Balázs Mikusi (National Széchényi Library, Music Collection), Géza Gábor Simon (Pécsi Hangtár), Hajnalka Sütheő (MTVA), Ferenc János Szabó (MTA BTK Institute of Musicology).
